This Tahitian black pearl and gold necklace is in excellent condition with a wonderful deep rich nacre.The 18k yellow setting that holds the pearl is entirely set with small single cut diamonds. This Tahitian black pearl measures and three quarters inch long by and one half inch wide. The Chain measures 17 inches long.The 18k yellow gold chain has a lobster claw catch.

This "Antique Early 17th Century circa 1620 German Gold Cross with Diamonds" suspended on vine-form carrier. This early 17th century German gold cross has slightly faceted diamonds set in encased mountings. Bale added in the 19th century. Three repairs to carrier. For more information on this early 17th century German gold pendant with cross please see Generations of Jewelry by Gerhart Egger, 1988, "The Chronological Development of Middle Class Jewelry, 15th and 16th Centuries"; similar example page 60. This antique German gold pendant with cross is a wonderful piece and is exceptional condition considering it is well over 300 years old.
