Felipe Martinez silver Jewelry, Antique Mexican silver jewelry^Wonderful and rare Taxo Mexican sterling bracelet made and signed by Felipe Martinez. Taxco Mark pre_dates studio mark of "Plata Y Piedra" which he openned in 1950. It is marked F. Martinez 925 Sterling Taxco Mexico. This piece has agood substantial weight. See MEXICAN SILVER 20th Century JEWELRY HANDWROUGHT and METAL WORK by Penny Chittim Morrill and Carole A. Berk. Published by Schiffer 1994 pages pages 188 and 246. This is a very rare piece of Felipe Martinez silver jewelry. Measures 7inches long by 1 and one quarter inches wide. Excellent condition.

It weights 77 grams of sterling silver.the detail on this Peruzzi brooch is wonderful with hand cut open work and moving parts. Measures 5 inches high and 3 and and one quarter inches wide. 30"S. Peruzzi jewelry was all hand made by Guilermo Peruzzi . The Peruzzi Jewel Shop started in Florence Italy and was later established in Boston Mass. c1920 to 1930.

Three largest stones approx. 70 points total. Slide lock. All original. Measures 2 and three quarters inches by 1 and one quarter inches by one half inches.Marks, Bigorne section on outside left stem. Eagle head gold guarantee on pin. Boar head silver guarantee (2) on stem. Diamond lozenge maker's stamp on stem & petal.Period French jewelry if extremely rare and hard to find. This came to us from an important local estate. As beautiful as the pictures are they do not do this piece justice. It is far more beautiful in person. It is one of the best period pieces of French jewelry we have come across in years.
